DIRECTIONS

Ingredients (per serving):

  • 1/2 a banana

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • Half a glass of milk (milk substitute can be used for vegans)

  • A handful of ice

Blend all ingredients and serve!

Amounts can be adjusted to taste
